Erika Jayne Will ‘Demand A Higher Paycheck’ For Season 12 Of ‘RHOBH’

After the 50-year-old was the “sole focus” of season 11, an insider told Us Weekly that “it’s going to be much more next season.”

According to the insider, after the Pretty Mess author was “put through the wringer and following producers’ orders” now there’s “no question” that Janye will “demand a higher paycheck” if she returns for another season.

“The ratings were off the charts because of her storyline and what she’s exposed,” the source said. “What she’s dealing with [regarding] Tom [Girardi] and the court is not over yet so you can only imagine what next season is going to bring.”

According to the New York Times, Jayne raked in $600,000 for season 11 of RHOBH.

In November, Jayne announced that she and the attorney called it quits. Soon after the news of their split, the former flames were named in a series of lawsuits.

The estranged couple was accused of embezzling money intended for the families of the victims in the Lion Air Flight 610 plane crash in 2018. Edelson PC claimed the split was “a sham attempt to fraudulently protect Tom and Erika’s money” and that Jayne and Girardi were “on the verge of financial collapse and locked in a downward spiral of mounting debts and dwindling funds.”
