Walmart has the Samsung S20 on sale for Black Friday

If you’re a big fan of the smartphone market and follow the latest news, you’ll know that the Samsung S20 is one of the best flagship phones on the market, only beat out by the iPhone 12 Max, and the Samsung S20+, Ultra, and S21 series. Of course, the problem then is that it’s pretty expensive because it’s such a high-end phone, starting at around $699 without a plan.

Well, you’ll be happy to know that there’s going to be a fantastic sale starting the 22nd of November at Walmart that brings the Samsung S20 down to $249, which is shockingly low. That’s a saving of $450 with straight talk wireless, so you’re getting much more than half off.

If you aren’t familiar with the S20 and its specs, though, let’s give it a look, and you’ll see this deal is probably the best you’re going to find on Black Friday this year.

For starters, you get a 6.2” QHD AMOLED display, which means you’re going to get a crystal clear image, which is important if you love streaming or do a lot of social media posting.

Speaking of, there’s also some of the market’s most powerful cameras on the back; a 12MP ultra-wide camera, a 12MP wide-angle camera, and a 64MP telephoto camera. You also get a 10MP front-facing camera. It’s pretty hard to beat those kinds of specs, and with Samsung’s own internal photo balancing software, images come out amazing.

In terms of CPU, you get the Snapdragon 865, the third-best chip on the market, so it’s very powerful. It also gives you access to 5G, so it’s a perfect time to upgrade if you don’t already have a 5g phone. It also has 6GB of RAM, which along with the CPU, makes using the S20 a relatively light and easy experience in terms of browsing and multi-app use.

Finally, it has an internal 128GB, which is pretty sizeable given market standards, although you can expand it up to 1TB if you need a bit more.

Overall, this is a pretty great deal given the phone’s spec and the pricing. Of course, you will have to use Smart Talk, but that’s not a deal-breaker, especially if you’re near the end of your current plan and can move over.
