As 2021 draws to a close, Xbox fans are looking forward to the biggest Xbox exclusive games being released in 2022. Redfall Will Release On Xbox Game Pass Summer 2022

While co-op looter shooter games are a dime a dozen, Arkane Austin’s Redfall has one thing that sets it apart from games in the genre: vampires. Redfall is an upcoming first-person shooter action-adventure game that players can enjoy in either single-player mode or with up to three friends in co-op mode. Announced during the Xbox and Bethesda E3 2021 showcase earlier this year, Redfall is set in the fictional island town of Redfall, Massachusetts, an open-world environment overrun with vampires that attack the town’s inhabitants. The game is set to be released in Summer 2022 and will be available on Xbox Game Pass from the day of its release.

Survival Horror Scorn Is Inspired By Alien

Scorn is an upcoming first-person biopunk survival horror adventure video game from Serbian game developer Ebb Software. The game is inspired by the works of visual artists H. R. Giger and Zdzisław Beksiński. So far, the game’s details are vague, boasting a dream-like open-ended world made of maze-like structures and interconnected regions.

The first-person Xbox Series X/S exclusive horror game focuses on immersing players in its environment and the game’s story plays out in a non-linear fashion. Fans of Alien may already be able to see how Scorn is inspired by the series, which may in turn provide a reason for them to check it out. Scorn is scheduled for release in October 2022 and will be available on Xbox Game Pass from day one.

Xbox-Owned Bethesda Should Release Starfield In 2022

Starfield is set to be released and added to Xbox Game Pass on November 11th, 2022, exactly 11 years after the initial release date of Bethesda’s The Elder Scrolls V: Skyrim.

ARK 2 Will Bring A Survival Sandbox To Xbox In 2022

ARK 2 is the highly-anticipated sequel to ARK: Survival Evolved. It was announced at The Game Awards 2020 where a cinematic trailer for the game was shown. Like its predecessor, ARK 2 is a survival sandbox game that features a prehistoric environment, filled with dinosaurs.

Warhammer 40,000: Darktide Is A 2022 Xbox Exclusive FPS

Warhammer 40,000: Darktide is a first-person action game set in the mega-city of Tertium in the Warhammer 40K universe. The four-player co-op action game lets players battle hordes of enemies, bringing the atmosphere of the Warhammer universe to a first-person gaming experience like Turtle Rock Studios’ Left 4 Dead franchise. Darktide’s story revolves around a cult known as the Admonition, trying to seize power over planet Atoma Prime and its citizens. Darktide‘s developers previously developed the Warhammer: Vermintide games. Unlike other games on this list, Warhammer 40,000: Darktide will also be available on Steam, in addition to Xbox Game Pass for PC. On console, the game will exclusively be available on Xbox Series S/X and is set to be released in Spring 2022.

Both Xbox and PlayStation boast an exciting list of exclusive games coming in 2022, however, the Xbox exclusives have the added benefit of being available on PC too.
