A man was shot at and robbed by a 22-year-old woman who he met on Instagram, authorities in Arizona said.
The woman accused in the shooting, Lilly Beeler of Las Vegas, is considered “armed and dangerous,” according to a Facebook post from the Coconino County Sheriff’s Office.
The man told police he was sleeping on the couch in his living room when he woke up to a gunshot on Dec. 3 in Flagstaff, according to the sheriff’s office.
He said Beeler then shot at him two more times with a pink and silver semi-automatic gun after she demanded “property and money,” the Facebook post said.
Deputies said the man ran upstairs and hid from the woman while she took money, laptops, shoes and jewelry from his home. She then called a Lyft for a ride from the home.
Beeler was dropped off on Woodlands Village Boulevard, deputies said.
She was last seen wearing a black plaid shirt, blue jeans, red shoes and carrying a black Nike gym bag.
The investigation is ongoing.
The sheriff’s office asks anyone with information about Beeler’s whereabouts to call Silent Witness at 928-774-6111 or call the Coconino County Sheriff’s Office at 928-774-4523.
