Live With Kelly and Ryan host Kelly Ripa posted a photo on her Instagram Stories of her husband Riverdale star Mark Consuelos.
Kelly also told co-host Ryan Seacrest about Mark’s new favorite quarantine activity — mowing the lawn.
Fans shared their thoughts after seeing the father of three mowing in the show’s background.
Kelly Ripa doesn’t need any words to let us know how she feels about her husband Mark Consuelos. On Monday, the Live With Kelly and Ryan co-host jumped on Instagram Stories to encourage viewers to tune in to watch the daytime TV show. But unlike any ordinary promo, Kelly’s husband of 24 years gave fans a little something to look at — his abs. Standing from the outdoor patio, the Riverdale star lifted up his shirt while Kelly appeared to be chatting with her producer Michael Gelman. In true Kelly fashion, she snapped a pic of herself looking quite shocked, and posted it to Instagram with the caption: “Tune in today!!!”.
But what was Mark doing outside anyway? Well, the father of three was enjoying his morning mowing the lawn. Kelly told fellow co-host Ryan Seacrest about Mark’s latest hobby, which began when he discovered the gadget in the garage.
“He keeps mowing the lawn obsessively,” she said. “He won’t stop mowing the lawn, he won’t stop. He’s got an amazing green thumb too … Do you need any yard work done? Because Mark’s getting really good at it. He’s living his best life right now … He loves it.”
Fans of Kelly and Mark immediately shared their thoughts in the comments section. By the looks of it, many were in support of his new favorite activity.
“I love mowing the lawn too… The smell of fresh grass is amazing 💚💚💚,” one person wrote. “He can mow mine just let me know when he is coming,” another added. “Mark is using it as a part of his workout 💪🏋️♀️,” a different fan said. “That’s a good work out 😊😊,” a follower commented.
Well, Kelly’s photo is one way to get people talking about a show!
