Fans of Grand Theft Auto have been badly waiting for the news of GTA 6 for years. In September 2013, the Grand Theft Auto V was released on PlayStation 3 and PC.
This game has since been released on PlayStation 4 and Xbox One, with a future-gen version for Xbox Series X|S due next month. There were no ports available to keep enthusiasts of the game occupied.
Nonetheless, some spectators were more patient than the fans themselves, but the finish line seemed to be in plain view.
Although the upcoming game in the Grand Theft Auto series was not officially named GTA 6, Rockstar revealed it and everyone was ecstatic.As per the reports, the amount of likes in the official tweet, which topped half a million after 24 hours, earned more likes than the world’s most loved Avengers Endgame trailer. GTA 6 is still in the production phase, according to Rockstar, who announced it on February 4th.

Rockstar didn’t go into detail about what that entails, but it did note that development is “well underway,” implying that it has been in the works for some time. For the time being, details about the plot, gameplay, and setting are being kept under wraps, but many are hopeful that Rockstar has finally broken the silence and is getting ready to release the game as soon as possible. Besides, there’s been a lot of speculations that a trailer would be released later this year, but Rockstar hasn’t said anything about it.
The Rockstar Games became successful in terms of delivering on all of the excitement that has built up over the years! Grand Theft Auto V has become the world’s best-selling gaming device in the previous eight and a half years, with 155 million copies sold worldwide. That’s a huge figure, and Minecraft is the only game that has surpassed that in terms of sales.
To live up to the expectation, the follow-up game will have to be something spectacular, and it remains to be seen if GTA 6 can deliver on that promise.
