Bachelor In Paradise’s Wells Adams shares a funny look at his delayed wedding, the “amazing gifts” he wants and his light-hearted Bachelor approach.
Wells Adams, featured as the memorable bartender and mentor on Bachelor In Paradise, added humor to the news surrounding his wedding, mentioning the “amazing gifts” he expects from his co-stars. Engaged to Sarah Hyland, with the possibility of nuptials in the works, Wells is surrounded by talk of love and marriage, both on and off-screen. Beginning his new life with Sarah and also dedicated to his presence within Bachelor Nation, the reality icon has no plans to leave the series and has shown an effort to invest time and effort into the franchise.
With inventive cast picks to keep Bachelor In Paradise interesting and plenty of suggestions moving forwards, Wells hopes to bring new life and energy to the slowly fading franchise. The franchise has faced a decline since the pandemic, but Wells has expressed an interest in expanding his role within the series, wanting to become a permanent Bachelor host. Wells, having expressed his desire to return to the franchise fully, still awaits his invitation to be more involved in Bachelor Nation affairs.
As shared by Us Weekly, Wells was quick to bring up not only the idea of marrying Sarah but also the “amazing gifts” he humorously wants to receive from Sarah and his co-stars. After expressing frustration over the length of his engagement, Wells mocked the idea of a wedding, claiming, “At this point, we just want to have the big celebration for all our richest friends to give us amazing gifts.” Mentioning their shared television networks, as well as Modern Family‘s Ty Burnell and Julie Bowen, and The Bachelor‘s Ben Higgins, Wells teased “the good gifts” he expects from these sources specifically. During a dry season for the series and with some negative opinions festering during Clayton Echard’s season of The Bachelor, Wells reminds Bachelor Nation to not take things too seriously and to have fun amidst disappointment.
Still in need of “a stand mixer,” Wells opens up (with humor, of course) about this odd in-between season of his life as he tries to settle down with Sarah during uncertain times. While Wells may seem a bit too relaxed when it comes down to his wedding day, the reality star appears more focused on the fun of the occasion and time spent with their inner circle, rather than taking the event too seriously. Mentioning goofy encounters with underwear at Ben’s wedding, Wells hopes to capture this same “beauty” and fun they’ve seen from other recent weddings.
Even though Wells has ventured into new territory with Best In Dough and has set his eyes on married life with Sarah, Wells is equally devoted to his reality television career with The Bachelor franchise. Continually gifting Bachelor Nation with new insight and plenty of laughs along the way, fans can expect more appearances from Wells in the near future. While his role on The Bachelor is uncertain, producers will hopefully listen to Wells’ requests and his growing fan base. With the potential to bring life back to both The Bachelor and Bachelor In Paradise, Wells continues to prove that a little humor can go a long way.
