Previously, Samsung has announced plans to retire its Galaxy Note series and expand the Samsung Galaxy S product line. While a date for the Samsung Unpacked 2022 event has not been formally released, the Korean-based Digital Digest website suggests that the event will happen in February—likely around February 8—and could include the release of the Samsung Galaxy S22 series of smartphones (or whatever Samsung ends up calling it), which will represent the company’s most powerful flagship phones that are expected to come in multiple hardware configurations.
