In her latest interview with a leading newspaper publication, the iconic legendary diva Zeenat Aman herself on whom the song had been originally picturised and filmed, finally opened up on the same and also spoke in depth about how and what she felt when her iconic song was used in the iPhone 13 launch event.

Talking about this, Zeenat said, “The film was shot in Kathmandu and when I frankly heard this song for the first time, I loved it but surely didn’t expect it to become such a mammoth chartbuster. They all talk to me about this when I am at any music event even today”.

Adding to that, Zeenat Aman mentioned about how this was indeed “a really exhilarating and proud feeling to learn that the 1971 music of ‘Hare Rama Hare Krishna’ was still so relevant and resonating. Wow”.
